About FEP Lined Sample Valve

Sampling Valves are installed directly in the pipeline or in a bypass piping system. Collecting a liquid sample with our cavity-free design results in a representative sample taken directly from the media flowing through the pipeline.
Sampling is carried out without interrupting the process under pressure or vacuum. The samplers can optionally be installed horizontally or vertically.
In connection with a closed Piston Injector also gases can be sampled besides liquids, without coming in contact with the atmosphere or with the operator. Our sampling valves and ïsystems are the preferred choice for applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical and refining industries, and are suitable for piping systems with flange connections per ASME B16.5 or DIN standard EN 1092, with face-to-face dimensions per ASME B16.10 or EN 558-1, range 1. Compact wafer connections, typically with a face-to-face length of 62mm (2.44in), are also available
